These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at connecthealth.ai(the "Site"), operated by Mindbowser Inc. ("ConnectHealth," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
These Terms apply solely to your use of the marketing website. Use of the ConnectHealth software platform is governed by the separate End User License Agreement (EULA).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. The Site is intended to provide information about ConnectHealth products and services, documentation, and resources for prospective and existing customers.

When you submit your email address through a form on the Site, you consent to receive related communications from us, including a documentation access link, confirmation, and follow-up messages relevant to your request. These transactional messages are part of the service you requested. We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or your email provider.
The Site and its entire contents, features, functionality, design, text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, and other materials (collectively, "Content") are owned by Mindbowser Inc. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its Content for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content, except as incidental to normal web browsing.
"ConnectHealth," "ConnectHealth.ai," the ConnectHealth logo, "Helix," and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Mindbowser Inc. or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDBOWSER INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MINDBOWSER INC., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100.00).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mindbowser Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including any content you submit or transmit through the Site.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by us, including but not limited to AWS Marketplace, EHR vendor portals, and partner websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party websites at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
The information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. ConnectHealth is a healthcare integration platform and is not intended to replace professional medical judgment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical conditions or treatment decisions.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part thereof at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mindbowser Inc. regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
